Treat yourself to a refreshing, cold iced tea on a hot summers day.

A herbal iced tea full of antioxidants, perfect for hydrating!

Ingredients

  • Ginga loose leaf tea
  • Boiling water
  • Fresh seasonal fruit
  • Ice blocks
  • Optional: plain or flavoured mineral water

Instructions

  • Boil the kettle - a full boil to 100 degrees
  • Make your Ginga tea as usual - add a couple of dessert spoons of Ginga tea to a large tea pot and add boiling water
  • Steep your tea for 10-15 minutes
  • Place into the fridge to cool down, you can also make your tea the day before
  • Fill a tall glass with ice, add fresh lemon, seasonal fruit like berries and kiwi fruit, and pour over your chilled iced tea. Option to top with plain or flavoured mineral water for an extra kick!
