We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If, however, for any reason you are dissatisfied, please email us at hello@teaassociates.com.au and quote your order number and let us know the reason for your concerns.

We will happily exchange or refund any unopened teas or accessories. Our policy requires you to return the item within 30 days of receipt. The items must be unused, unopened and still in original packaging. Unfortunately, we are not able to cover return postage fees.

Once the returned item is received, we will process a refund within 2 working days.
